Later, I was rummaging through some old Ebony magazines to find an article about Bill Granville who founded Gravnville Academy, and interestingly came across the article about Bill Costen! It was wonderful. I've kept the magazine and hope to go ballooning again in the near future. I share his story iwhenever I find an opportunity.
